The format of Rise and Fall is what makes it so gripping. Contestants are divided into two groups: the Rulers and the Hustlers. The Rulers enjoy the luxuries of a lavish penthouse, complete with comfort, power, and control. The Hustlers, on the other hand, live in a bare and basic basement, where every day is a struggle. But nothing is permanent in this game, the power constantly shifts. Hustlers can climb their way up through tasks, strategy, and smart alliances, while Rulers can just as quickly fall from grace if they fail to manage their people or protect their position. Contestants record video diaries that reveal their personal struggles, inner conflicts, and strategies, giving audiences a deeper emotional connection to their journey. Evictions happen at the end of each week, decided through internal voting, making every alliance fragile and every move crucial. The prize pool starts at zero and must be built over time, but only a Ruler at the end of the game can take it all home. This makes every decision more important because it’s not just about surviving the day, it’s about making sure you end up in the position of power when it matters most. With themes of teamwork, betrayal, leadership, and hustle, the show tests both the mind and the heart. Watch the Rise and Fall Season 2 Trailer now!
