Following the life of a regular boy, Pati, Patni Aur Panga story narrates the life of Romanchak, played by Naveen Kasturia. Living in the suburbs of Mumbai, Romanchak is a small-time broker who helps people find accommodation in the city. Sick of his mundane life and the monotony of routine, Romanchak is desperate of a romantic rendezvous. However, he mostly has no luck in the same. Until one day, Shivani, played by Adah Sharma, knocks on his door. Shivani is in the search of an apartment and Romanchak takes her on a house hunt. But, little do they know that the flat owners in the so-called metropolitan, urban city of Mumbai would have problems in renting their flats to a single woman. Romanchak makes the most of this opportunity and convinces his parents to let Shivani stay as a paying guest in their own house. What started as a house hunt dwells deeper and they both fall in love. However, this is just the beginning of a rather bumpy ride. Soon after the two get married Romanchak gets suspicious of Shivani having no past, no family, no friends and no acquaintances. This puts Romanchak on the path to find the truths about Shivani that he certainly is not ready for. What did Romanchak find? Is there really something suspicious about Shivani?
