On her new job as a nanny to a small boy named Brahms, Greta Evans is shocked to see that the boy she has to look after is actually not human but a human sized doll of a small boy. She has to look after the Brahms the human sized doll as if it is an actual person, and take care of him. Taking the job very lightly, Great Evans crosses some boundaries of her duty as a nanny and does not look after the boy. However, soon some occurrences around her make her believe that the doll is actually not a normal doll, but it is actually alive. The boy senses things around her and cries if ignored. Bewildered, Greata starts taking care of the boy like a human child.
